1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product is returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • The product has not been customized or tailored to your measurements.

Please note: Sarees with fall/pico done or blouse stitching services cannot be refunded as they are made specifically for you.


2. Refund Process

  1. Request: Email us at solacesarees@gmail.com with your order number, product images, and reason for return.
  2. Return Approval: Once we review your request, we’ll share the return address.
  3. Shipping Back: You are required to ship the product back to our dispatch location using a reliable courier service.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the item, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets return conditions.
  5. Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed wthin 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products returned in used, damaged, or altered condition.
  • Customized, stitched, or clearance items.
  • Late return requests made after the 7-day window.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

In the rare event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted if the product shows minor wear or damage not caused by shipping.


6. Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel your order before dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund of your payment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.


7. Mode of Refund

Refunds are always made to the original payment source used during checkout. For COD orders (if applicable), we may request your bank details to process the refund securely.
