Weโre delighted to offer free delivery on all orders across India โ no hidden charges!
Delivery Timeline
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1โ2 working days after order confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 5โ7 working days, depending on your location.
- Sundays and public holidays are non-working days for dispatch or delivery.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your orderโs journey in real time.
Delays
We strive for timely delivery, but external factors like weather, courier delays, or local restrictions may occasionally cause minor delays. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility for Return
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customized or altered products are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Send us an email at solacesarees@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, we will share the return address with you.
- You will need to arrange the return shipment to our dispatch location.
Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7โ10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange Option
If you wish to exchange your saree for another design, please mention it in your return email. Weโll do our best to assist based on availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
- To cancel your order, please email solacesarees@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order details.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
We take great care in packaging your orders, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will ensure a quick resolution or replacement.
