All products listed are subject to availability. In case a product becomes unavailable after placing your order, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or a full refund.

Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days after placement.
Non-working Days: We do not process or deliver orders on Sundays or public holidays.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied:

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
To initiate a return, please email us at solacesarees@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
Please note: the return shipment needs to be delivered by you to our order dispatch location (address will be provided upon approval).

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed. To cancel an order, please contact us at solacesarees@gmail.com as soon as possible.
